Tons of things to do.
Called up Straits Times and enquired their advertising costs, contacted a catalogue printing services company (thanks for the reference given by a friend), meeting up with the TV mobile sales manager on friday.
Got to get my ass down to Sam's pet shop tomorrow.
Got pretty lucky today, managed to secure a 1237 sq feet double storey shophouse at Toa Payoh hub for the client.
It is going for $2.1 million. (Comparing to paying a monthly rental of $15k-$16k, how's that for a long term investment?)
Worked out the loan payment required for purchasal along with all the interest rate stuff.
Currently at the final phase of marketing budget as well as sales budget.
Designing the marketing promotions is giving me quite a headache.
Computer is giving me tons of problems. Got to reformat and reinstall everything again.
Rushing off to tuition now.
